Senior Manager / Principal

T.A. Cook’s clients are typically businesses, their suppliers and contractors working with significant industrial assets. The company has particular expertise in the petrochemicals, plastics, pharmaceutical, transport, mining and food sectors as well as excellent knowledge of gas, water and electricity utilities. In an effort to expand our team, we are seeking Senior Manager.


You will be in charge of the development of our business, reporting to the Managing Partner:

  • You will establish explicit client needs and possible consulting opportunities
  • You will build value equation to our client in order to qualify and sell analysis and projects
  • You will be responsible for generating turnover for the company and will be rewarded accordingly


  • Establish contact with Senior Executives on a peer group level
  • Understand the client‘ s challenges and link with T.A. Cook capabilities
  • Manage client sales meetings at Sr Executive level
  • Develop sales activities such as key account management
  • Develop and present offers
  • Lead the analysis of our client businesses and elaborate business case
  • Manage the Client relationship throughout the assignments / projects
  • Enhance current offerings and develop new consulting solutions


  • More than 10 years of relevant working experience in analyzing and delivering implementation projects                                       
  • Ability to deal with the most Senior Management of client organisation in a convincing way
  • Ability to understand the strategic challenges of client organisation
  • Commercially minded; ability to describe things in terms of business outcomes.
  • Experience in analyzing and selling business case to Sr Executives
  • Excellent proficiency in heavy industry industrial operations
  • “Can-do” leadership attitude
  • Fluency in an language other than English is a +
  • Results orientated and target driven; focusing effort on activities that have the greatest bottom-line impact. 
  • MS suite knowledge (Outlook, Excel, Word) and able to do research on internet
